1. Geographic Component

• Team met with P. McGlamory (UConn – Map Library GIS) and reviewed his document about how to proceed with geographic component of the project.
• The discussion focussed around the next steps to take; the financial needs were brought to the attention on the management committee.
• Every member expressed the need to have the geographic component explored and developed as soon as possible in order to do all we can to include the geographic components in the project; it is one part of our project that stands out among other project sin the U.S.

1. Date Ranges

• All the members of the project met to discuss the date range issue.
• A discussion followed.

• It was decided that each group would have to use their own judgement and knowledge about their copyright restrictions, in order to make selection decisions. Each group will do their best to pull from the 1950 and prior date but items can be pulled throughout the entire CT history period.

3) Correspondence

• It was decided that all correspondence of the team would go through the list serve [so all members will look into signing up to the web serve over the next week].
