Description	A man and woman stand in front of a two-story brick and frame house with louvered shutters, an exterior stairway and a lunette in the gable. The man wears a suit and bowler hat and holds a horse. The woman wears a white dress. Vertical-boarded outbuildings, probably a barn and shed, are attached at the left. A dirt road partially overgrown with grass is at the right. Inscribed on back: "G.D. Fairchild house / Riverton Conn."
