Description	Open-air wooden dance platform. A band is seated on a stage in the right background. Musicians in uniforms play trombones, a tuba and other instruments. Paper lanterns are strung from a wire. A covered pavilion and utility poles are in the left background. Most of the dancers are women or girls. Some appear to be African-American. Some women sit on benches in the foreground. A chicken wire fence is behind the benches. Inscribed on back: "Dance Board - Colt / Sept. 5, 1921." "Hartford - Colt Park / Outdoor dance floor."
