DescriptionFour-story masonry brick factory building with arched windows and central tower with open top level and ventilated spired roof. Ivy on right side of tower. A masonry retaining wall with metal [iron?] railing and hedgerow is in foreground with trees and bushes at either end. A tall smokestack is in background to the right of the tower. There is a utility pole at the front right corner of the buildings. There is a small metal frame at the peak of the tower roof. Inscription on back: "No. 20; Springville Mill, Rockville Conn / mark publ by The August Schmelzer Co., Meriden Conn.""Springville Mill, Rockville, CT. Red brick, B. S. trim." Stamp on back: "P. 23 Nov. 1910; L. 24 Nov 1910"
