Description	A large brick structure identified as the Packer Building, but which is probably the Durham Enders Building, shows damage sustained in the 1938 hurricane.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The Packer building, which housed Packer's Tar Soap production, still stands near the Mystic train station and is now offices. The Durham Enders Building is also still standing near the Mystic Community Center. The company manufactured surgical instruments. Constructed circa 1908-1910, the building (originally Ninigret Mills) was part of an early twentieth century effort to establish and industrial zone in Mystic. The area was known as Industrial Place.
