Simons)
. The
contents
of
40
East
Main
Street
were
sold
and the
house
demolished
after
Isabel
Grinnell
Simons'
death
in
1965
. The
Mary
Elizabeth
Nursing
Center
occupies
the
site
of the
house
at
present
.
