Description	View of a temporary bridge over the Mystic River. On the far side of the wooden structure, bridge demolition or construction appears to be in process. Central Hall and the Riverside Block are visible in the background. Logs can be seen in the foreground.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The 1866 iron drawbridge was replaced in 1904 by one which could accommodate the new Groton and Stonington Electric Railway (trolley) line. It was replaced in 1922 by the current bascule bridge. Taken sometime during the 1903-1904 construction period. Probably taken by the Gaskell who owned Mystic Pharmacy on East Main Street, Mystic.
