Description	View of the Charles Mallory house on Willow Street, Mystic, at the foot of Haley Street. The gable end faces the street. Trees partially obscure the the pediment, which has a fan-shaped window in the center. The porch roof below the second story has a balustrade and is supported by columns. A man stands on the porch at the top of the steps.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Charles Mallory was the founder of the family sailmaking business and other maritime enterprises. His house still stands in its original location. The house was Mallory's home from 1828 to his death in 1882. It still stands and is considered a fine example of Greek revival architecture in Mystic. Taken by Everett A. Scholfield, a professional photographer who worked primarily in Mystic and New London from 1865-1913.
