Description	View of a building identified as the County Court House, on Huntington Street, New London. A cupola and chimneys can be seen at the roofline. Twelve windows are visible on the two-story facade, six on either side of the center section. Over the doorway are arched windows framed by pilasters, and above them, a pediment in which the year "1784" can be seen. Most of the windows are shuttered. A horse and carriage can be seen on the street to the right.
