redevelopment
projects
. In the
1860's
, the
building
at
center
was "
old
yellow
store
" of
Harris
,
Williams
&
Co
.,
known
later
as
Harris
&
Rowe
. The
building
survived
until
1898
,
when
it
made
way
for the
Neptune
Building
.
Possibly
taken
while
the
store
was
still
Harris
&
Williams
, and
retouched
to
reflect
the
new
name
.
