Description	Starboard view of the "Seagoin" motorsailer Norseman docked at the Franklin G. Post & Son yard. View is looking upriver toward the bascule bridge and downtown Mystic. A number of structures are visible on the Groton and Stonington sides of the Mystic River. Another boat is partially visible to the left. On the right, a man, possibly a boatyard worker, can be seen on the dock.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Franklin G. Post was a boatbuilder who had shops at two locations in Mystic. From 1914-1923 his business was located in Fort Rachel, south of the site of the old D.O. Richmond yard on the Groton side of the river. From 1923-1959 the shop occupied the site of the former Pendleton Brothers yard on the Stonington side. When his son Ernest joined the business it became Franklin Post & Son. "Seagoin" was a model of boat produced by the company.
