Description	View of the Scholfield house on Clift Street, with men, women, and girls and boys of various ages visible on the lawn, porch and steps of the house. One boy stands in the foreground holding a flag. Bicycles can be seen standing up against the house. The house is wood with a variety of siding treatments including clapboard and shingles, and stick ornamentation. Two bay windows and two gables are visible. A tower can be seen on the right over the porch and doorway. A flagpole with a partially furled flag extends from the tower.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Taken by Everett A. Scholfield, a professional photographer who worked primarily in Mystic and New London from 1865-1913. He and his wife Leonora Ashbey Scholfield had six children, three girls and three boys, the eldest born in 1876 and the youngest in 1889. The Scholfield house was built in 1885.
