Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The Charles W. Morgan was a New Bedford whaleship built in 1841. She was rigged as a bark during much of her long and successful working life, which ended in 1921. She was moved to Mystic Seaport in 1941, where she is now a floating exhibit. Originally a Danish training ship named the Georg Stage, the Joseph Conrad was built in Copenhagen, Denmark, 1882. Alan Villiers bought her (1934) and renamed her the Joseph Conrad. She was later owned by G. Huntington Hartford, and during the World War II period, by the U.S. Maritime Commission, which donated her to Mystic Seaport in 1947.
