Description	View looking down unpaved Federal Street, New London, toward a stone church steeple. A house can be seen on the near side of the church, which is probably St. James Episcopal Church. A pedestrian and a lamppost are visible on the left.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Handwritten on back "Federal St/ N.L./ Munsell" St. James Episcopal Church, at the corner of Federal and Huntington Streets, was founded in 1725. The current Gothic Revival structure was designed by Richard Upjohn and built 1847-1850. Mounted on yellow card. Fair condition, split in middle; purple stains on right side.
