Description	Men and a small boy in Scottish national dress stand in a dirt street. Most wear kilts and tartans. One man holds a flag. One man holds a banner. One holds a baton. Some hold bagpipes. Spectators on the sidewalk include boys, girls, women and men. Utility poles line the street. A brick commercial building at the far left is decorated with an American flag and has a sign that reads: ".... Crane / Successor to /... S. Holt /... & Builder." Other buildings with louvered shutters appear to be residences, possibly multiple-family dwellings. Inscribed on back: "Pa (and others) / assembled for parade of new Bridge Celebration." "4th from left William Brand - Scottish Gordon / Clan."<br>
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. <br>In 1908, Patrick W. Crane is listed as a builder at 90 John Street. <br>The Bulkeley Bridge opened to trolley traffic on December 8, 1907 and to the general public on December 21, 1907. The dedication of the bridge was the occasion of a three-day celebration on October 6,7, and 8, 1908. <br>
