Description	Gull's eye view, looking forward, of the Consolidated Shipbuilding commuter yacht, Scaramouche, underway at the Harvard-Yale races on the Thames River, New London. Several passengers can be seen on board; women bundled in heavier coats are visible toward the bow. A Harvard flag can be seen near the bridge.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Handwritten on original negative sleeve: "12362F / Yale-Harvard Race 1924 / Scaramouche / Box 1086". Scaramouche was built by Consolidated Shipbuilding in Morris Heights, New York, 1923. Her home port was New York City. Taken by Rosenfeld and Sons. Morris Rosenfeld founded the New York City-based photography business in 1910. He was a prolific photographer particularly noted for coverage of yachting and other maritime subjects. His sons Stanley, David and Bill were also active in the profession and the family firm.
