Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Greenmanville Manufacturing Company (later the Mystic Manufacturing Company), was established in 1849 by George Greenman & Company, noted Mystic shipbuilders. The company was owned in whole or part by the Greenman brothers, George, Clark and Thomas. The firm produced woolen and other textiles. The Greenman shipyard and mill were located on the Stonington side of the Mystic River in an area that came to be known as Greenmanville. The mill site and some of its buildings are now part of Mystic Seaport.
