Description	Complex of industrial buildings with a smokestack, chimneys, skylights and a square tower from which an American flag is flying. A sign reads: "P. & F. Corbin." At the left, a man loads boxes [?] into a horse-drawn wagon. A second wagon is in the foreground. Two horse-drawn carriages are at the right. One is drawn by two trotting horses. An iron fence is at the far right. Hitching posts are in front of the building. Inscribed beneath image: "View of P. & F. Corbins Manufactory - New Britain, Conn."<br>
Notes	Inscribed J. Bowker or Barker. <br>P. & F. Corbin Co. was established on South Stanley Street, New Britain in 1848 by Philip and Frank Corbin. Following a move to Park Street in 1853, they became one of the leading hardware manufacturers in the county. <br>
