Description	A woman leans against a funerary monument, apparently in a churchyard cemetery. She wears a black dress with lace collar and cuffs, black gloves, and a black shawl with a fringe. She holds a handkerchief in her left hand. Her right arm rests on the shoulder of a boy wearing a jacket, pants, and shoes. A man wearing a top hat, frock coat, necktie, gloves, and pants stands at the right, leaning on a cane. A girl wearing a black dress and gloves stands beside him, holding his hand. The monument has a square base surmounted by an urn with what appears to be the stump of a small tree growing out of it. The branches form the shape of a cross. A bonnet is on the gound in the foreground. A willow tree is in the right background. A church steeple is in the left background. Inscribed at bottom: "Kellogg & Comstock, 87 Fulton St. New York & 136 Main St. Hartford, Conn. Ensign & Thayer, 12 Exchange St. Buffalo."<br>
