Description	Bird's-eye of a small town. The Methodist Church, Congregational Church, and Episcopal Church face the green in the center of town. Houses and commercial buildings face the tree-lined streets. Several small factories with smokestacks are located on the outskirts of town. These include the manufactory of I.S. Spencer's Sons, the Guilford Canning Company, and the Guilford Enterprise Company. A stone windmill is at the left, near the West River. Three small sailing vessels are in the river, below a small bridge. The New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad is at the far right. The Old Stone House, the "oldest house in the U.S.A." is pictured in a vignette.
