Description	Aerial photograph of Hartford looking west from the riverfront. Cleared areas, construction and future routh of new interstates I-84 and I-91 can be seen. Existing landmarks along planned route of I-84 include Shelbourne, HPHS (Hartford Public High School) and Aetna Life, indicated with arrows and labels. Caption: "One Day It Will Be Westward Ho! Aerial view of river bank at foot of Morgan St. and Bulkeley Bridge illustrates progress in construction of $4,344,000 major traffic interchange that one day will also serve as starting point for East-West Highway, long on drawing boards. Broken line starting at top of Morgan St. and Main St. indicates route of expressway through the heart of the city with three principal landmarks indicated along the way.
