Description	Smoke rises from fire-gutted ruins of brick school building. Rubble and debris, chiefly bricks, are on the ground. A porte-cochere is on the right. Picket fences are at left and right. Men, some blurred from movement, stand on the sidewalk in the foreground. Snow is on the ground. Inscribed on back: "Hartford High School."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Hartford High School was erected in 1869 and enlarged in 1877. On January 24, 1882 the building and all its contents were destroyed by fire.
