Description	A man wearing a military uniform and a woman wearing a dress and bonnet stand looking at a funerary monument in a cemetery. The man has a mustache and wears a jacket, belt, and pants. He holds a cap and what appears to be the woman's parasol. The woman's bonnet is trimmed with flowers and a veil. The laces are tied in a bow at her chin. Her dress has bell sleeves, undersleeves, and appears to be trimmed with ruching and insets of black material. The monument consists of a square base surmounted by a draped urn. It is inscribed: "In Memory Of / I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. "" Ivy grows on a willow tree in the right background. Roses grow nearby. Gravestones and additional trees are in the left background. Inscribed at bottom: "E.B. & E.C. Kellogg, 246 Main St. Hartford, CT-- Phelps & Watson, 18 Beekman St., NY-- F.P. Whiting, 87 Fulton St., NY."
