Description	Three-quarter-length portrait of a man wearing a coat, vest, pants, shirt, and necktie. He is seated in an armchair with a carved wooden back and holds two sheets of paper, apparently a speech or letter, in his left hand. His body is turned slightly to the right. A column is in the right background. Drapery with two tassels is in the left background.
Notes	This lithograph was printed and published by E.B. & E.C. Kellogg in Hartford. It was used as a poster during Abraham Lincoln's first presidential campaign.
