Description	A bald man wearing a suit and holding a hat in his hand is shaking hands with a woman who has just disembarked from an airplane. She is wearing a coat, hat, scarf, and high-heeled shoes. Lettering aboe the door of the plane reads "JACQUELINE COCHRAN." A second man, wearing wire-rimmed eyeglasses, stands at the left.
Notes	The Danbury Fair was an annual exhibition held in Danbury between 1821 and 1981. At first a traditional agricultural fair, the event later included large fiberglass sculptures, stock car racing, and amusement park rides. The former fairground is now (2011) the site of the Danbury Fair Mall. Jacqueline Cochran (1906-1980) was a racing pilot and the first woman aviator to break the sound barrier. During World War II, she participated in the formation of the Women's Auxiliary Army Corps and the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP). She later served as a consultant for NASA.
