Description	Two-story brick colonial revival building with a cupola and a balustrade on the roof. A fan light is above the entrance. Decorative bas-relief panels are on the front and side. A man with a bicycle stands beside the paved sidewalk. In the foreground, another man wearing a suit and straw hat stands beside an iron fence and street lamp. A horse-drawn carriage and a horse-drawn wagon are in the street, which is paved with cobblestones and has trolley tracks in it.. Utility poles and wires line the street. Inscribed beneath image: "New London."<br>
