Description	Brick house has convex bays on the facade, a bay window and louvered shutters. An iron fence is on top of a brick wall at the left. The leafless tree near the sidewalk at the right appears to be an elm. The brick tower in the background is part of the Church of the Redeemer. Inscribed on back: "Perkins house / 43 Prospect."<br>
Notes	In the 1880s, 42 Prospect Street was the home of the widows of George C. Perkins and Henry A. Perkins.George C. Perkins was formerly the secretary of the Wire Mattress Company. Henry A. Perkins was president of the Hartford Bank. <br>The Church of the Redeemer was a Universalist church located at 234 Main Street. It was completed in 1860. <br>
