Description	Brick barn converted for commercial use. A wooden exterior staircase leads to a door on the second floor with a sign that reads: "H.F. Clark..." Doors and windows have been inserted into arched carriage entrances on either side. Signs read: "Frank H. Rowley / Joiner-Builder / will workÂ…" and "Private / No / Trespassing / R.J. Allyn." Snow is on the roof and ground. Icicles hang from the cornice. An automobile is parked beneath a shed roof at the right. Smoke issues from a smokestack or stovepipe on a shack at the left. Brick buildings are in the background.Inscribed on back: "Allyn Barn in rear of building on north side of Asylum Street / Taken Feb 12 1926."<br>
Notes	Harry F. Clark was a painter at 190 Asylum Street. <br>Frank H. Rowley is listed in the Hartford city directory as a joiner and jobber who did carpenter work of all descriptions. He had a shop at the rear of 190 Asylum Street. <br>Robert J. Allyn was the president and treasurer of the Allyn Realty Company. <br>
