Description	Two-story brick house with a high basement. Columns support a two-story porch on a wing at the right. Some windows have louvered shutters. The house is surrounded by a grassy lawn, leafless trees and an ornate wooden fence with turned posts and a gate. Some trees appear to be elms. A tree at the right appears to be a fruit tree. A tower, probably a church tower, is directly behind it. Sidewalks and a rutted dirt street are in the foreground. A small amount ice is in the gutter. Inscribed on back: "The Austin Dunham house on west side of Prospect / Street midway between Atheneum and Arch Street. This / was built by Col. Jeremiah Wadsworth for his daughter who / married Genl Nathaniel Terry. Afterward tenanted by Doctor / Henry Grant for a number of years and then boutht by Austin / Dunham about the year 1850 and now occupied (1894) by his / children."
Notes	Austin Dunham & Sons were wool dealers at 66 State Street.
