Description	Men stand among piles of rubble and debris in the ruins of a brick building or business block. Some men hold shovels. Two-horse-drawn wagons are nearby. A brick commercial building in the left foreground has a striped awning and signs that read: "Sample Room: "Selz Shoes." There appear to be theatrical posters in the shop window. A vegetable garden surrounded by a board fence is beyond railroad tracks. A house and outbuildings, probably a barn and sheds, are nearby. A railroad crossing is at the right near a frame building with a false front and signs that read: "Milford Mail" and "Printing Office." Houses with mansard roofs, bay windows and a cupola are in the background. A boy on a bicycle is on the sidewalk. Utility poles line the tracks and street. A metal windmill is just visible above the tops of the trees. Inscribed lower right: "Milford May 23, 1902" "Crushed falling / walls." Inscribed on back: "Milford Fire May 22 / 1902."<br>
