Description	The stone beaux-arts government building on the left with round arched windows with awnings and balustrades is the Municipal Building. The brick office building on the right is the Hartford Times building. The granite skyscraper in the background is Travelers Tower, part of the Travelers Insurance Company. A metal framework to the right may be a radio tower. Trees, electric street lights and sidewalks line the paved streets. Automobiles are parked at the right. The man in the gutter at the right appears to be a trash collector. A woman stands nearby. A street sign on a pole reads: "Arch St."<br>
Notes	Travelers Tower was completed in 1919 to designs by architect Donn Barber. <br>The Municipal Building was erected in 1915 to designs by architects Brooks & David with Palmer & Hornbostel. It replaced the Old State House as Hartford's city hall. <br>The Hartford Times building was erected in 1920 to designs by Donn Barber. <br>
