Notes	Title supplied by cataloger.<br>William H. Mortensen was mayor of Hartford from 1943-1945.<br>Cedric Foster was a radio announcer for WTHT radio. WTHT radio was owned by The Hartford Times, and operated from 1936 until 1954; there was also WTHT-FM that operated from 1948-50.<br>
