Description	Three-story brick commercial building with two plate-glass bow windows. Lettering beneath the arch on the facade reads: "Masonic Hall / Converse / Block / 1902." Signs above the shop windows on the ground floor read: "Post Office / Windsor Locks" and "F.G. Burt." Additional signs read: "[B]oots and Shoes / Trunks / [Gen]ts Fur[ni]shings." Seven boys stand near the corner. All wear knickers, caps, and jackets or sweaters. One boy appears to be African-American. A utility pole, a fire hydrant and a wagon with a box and shovel are on the sidewalk. A frame building is at the far left. Inscribed on back: "Post office Windsor Locks, Ct."<br>
