Description	Classical revival stone building, built to resemble a Roman temple with Doric columns and pilasters on a high basement. Utility poles and wires line the streets. Snow is in the gutters in the foreground.Brick commercial buildings line Kinsley Street at the left. Inscribed on back: "Old 'City Hall' view of south east corner Market and / Kingsley [sic] Streets. Built in 1834. Description on the other view in this collection."<br>
Notes	The old city hall was used for public purposes, including courts and the city council. City Hall Market was located on the ground floor. <br>
