Description	Two-story brick house with a flat roof, chimneys, two curved bays at the front of the house, and an arched entry framed by pilasters. An iron balcony is on the second floor. Some windows have louvered shutters. An iron fence with a gate is in front of the house. The large leafless tree on the sidewalk appears to be an elm. The man working in the grassy lawn behind the house may be a gardener. A stone oriental lantern is in the yard at the left behind an iron fence on a stone wall. A circular parking sign in the left foreground reads: "Restricted / 40 / Minutes." Inscribed beneath image: "Perkin's [sic] House / Prospect Street" "Taken 1921."<br>
