Description	Two-story brick Greek revival house with Doric columns, balustrades, a lunette and a large oval window. A sign on a column reads: "A. Palmer / Nurse." A young tree and bushes grow on the grassy lawn. A picket fence is at the left. A broken street light is at the right. Inscribed on back: "1897 / Ancient house standing on Pavilion Street / corner of [Wooster St.] and know as the 'Bird / School.' Fifty years ago T.L. Wright taught there (1845) / This was built by Ichabod Lord Skinner about 1798. / He removed to Washington and sold to David Watkinson / Henry [Pratt] and his son Henry Z. Pratt lived there. / Harvey Hibbard kept a billiard resort there in 1835 / & called it the 'Pavilion' house."<br>
Notes	Also known as the Pavilion School. <br>Annie E. Palmer was a nurse residing at 90 Buckingham Street in 1899. <br>
