Description	Young child's dress of white cotton has with a high, slightly wide neckline edged with embroidery. The center front of the dress is gathered below the neckline. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and end in turned-back cuffs edged with embroidery. There is a machine-stitched tuck taken through the middle of the skirt; this is probably a later alteration.<br>
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger.<br>According to the donor, this dress and cap were originally owned by Oliver Ormerod Jensen (b. 1914). However, he was born much too late to be the original owner; this dress may first have been worn by an older member of the family, possibly one of his parents.<br>Gift of Oliver Jensen.<br>
