Description	Frame commercial building has signs that read: "Antiques / For Sale" "Furniture Bought Sold and Repaired / A. Berkovitch / 438 Main St." "438 - Watchmaker - 438" "K. Garfinkel" "Joseph Priore / Boots and Shoes Made and Repaired" "Main St. Fruit Store." Some businesses have awnings. Merchandise is displayed in store windows. Advertising signs are displayed on the sidewalk. A theatrical poster or billboard on the side wall reads: "Way Down East "" "Parsons Theatre / Apr / 14 / and / 15 / Grand / Matinee / Saturday." Signs on the building at the right read: "The Neal Goff & Inglis Co. / Carpets / Paper Hangings / Curtains" "J.F. Nolan / Carpenter / Shop in Rear." Men walk on the sidewalk. A man rides a bicycle at the right. Trolley tracks and horse manure are in the road. Inscribed on back: "E. side Main St. N." "Main and Talcott / april '98."<br>
Notes	Joseph Priore was a shoemaker at 994 Main Street. He lived at 214 Front Street. <br>Abraham Berkovitch sold second hand furniture. <br>Neal Goff & Inglis sold carpets, draperies, wallpaper and furniture at 976-984 Main Street. <br>Lafayette J. Robertson sold fruits and confectionery at 990 Main Street. <br>
