Description	Queen Anne style library building with a stone first floor and basement, a shingled second story, a conical tower, a balcony with a striped awning, what appear to be stained glass windows, and louvered shutters at some windows. Potted plants are on the balcony and vines and flowers grow in window boxes. Women stand on the balcony and on the porch. A grassy lawn, a sidewalk and a young maple tree are in the foreground. The tree at the left, in a field beyond a wire fence, appears to be fruit tree, probably an apple tree. The tower on Haystack Mountain is visible in the background. Inscribed on back: "Library, Norfolk."<br>
