Description	Brick commercial building with louvered shutters and iron balconies. Stairs with iron railings lead to an entry porch. Storefronts on the ground floor have signs that read: "Office o[f] / The Warfie[ld] / Carpet Cleaning Co." "Dyeing and Cleaning" "Shedd & Cooksley / Freight / Baggage" "... All Branches" "Repair Dept. / Office Salesroom / Removed to / 274 Trumbull." Wooden crates are on the sidewalk at the right. Two automobiles are at the left near a picket fence, a board fence and an electric street light. Laundry hangs from a clothesline. A man smoking a cigarette and wearing a cap and jacket stands at the corner. A street sign reads: "Allyn" "Trumbull.Snow is in the gutters. A brick building in the background, evidently a multiple family dwelling, has a tower with a finial. Curtains are visible at the windows. Inscribed on back: "Corner Allyn and / Trumbull Sts. / April 1916 / Courant."<br>
Notes	James N. Shedd and Charles E. Cooksley were carmen at 251 Trumbull Street. They were also agents for Arethusa Spring Water and ginger ales. <br>
