Description	Group of stone and brick commercial buildings. At the left, the Queen Anne-style Gridley Building, formerly the Gridley House, has a tower with a flagpole and several gables. The building to its right has quoins, balconies, detailed cornices and arches and shop windows. The storefront has a sign that reads "Central Billiards." The next building has signs that read: "Town Building" "Erected 1901" "Calane" "Board / of / Education" "Superintendent / of / Schools." It has arched and pedimented windows, an American flag and flagpole. An exterior stairway leads to the second story of the frame building on the far right. Women and men are on the paved sidewalks lining the dirt street which has trolley tracks in it. A gas street light is on a utility pole at the far right. A horse-drawn wagon is at the right. Automobiles at the left are parked beside a wooden barrier. Train tracks are out of sight at the far left, beyond the barrier. Inscribed on back: "Bristol / Town Bldg."
