Description	Gothic revival house painted in contrasting colors has louvered shutters, brick chimneys, a dormer, and a porch. Vines growing on a trellis at the left appear to be grape vines. Some shrubs appear to be lilac bushes. A grassy lawn is in the foreground. Inscribed on back: "East side (or rear) of my father Edwin Taylors / house in Governor Street which was destroyed torn down in / Oct. 1900 to make place for Capewell Co. Office."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Edwin P. Taylor and his son Samuel Taylor were the proprietors of E. Taylor & Sons, a steam planing mill located at 335 Sheldon Street.
