Description	One of the partially completed granite abutments of the Bulkeley Bridge is at the far right. A man with a bicycle, blurred from movement, is on a wooden bridge in the foreground. A barrel is on a concrete abutment at the left. Freight cars are on railroad tracks on the embankment. In the left background is the Pleasant Street freight yard and depot. Piles of lumber, stone, construction equipment and utility poles are visible. The building with a smokestack in the right background is the old Hartford Water Works. Riverside Park is beyond.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Construction at the western approach to the Bulkeley Bridge was begun early in 1904 and continued until December 1907.
