In the background, a crowd gathers in front of the Connecticut State Capitol. Musicians hold instruments, including a drum and a trombone. A baby carriage sits by itself on the lawn. There appears to be a speakers' platform just to the left of the entrance of the Capitol. Inscribed on back: "May 25, 1929."
