Description	Frame commercial buildings are decorated with American flags, bunting and streamers. Utility poles line both sides of the street. Trolley tracks and wires are in the center. Horse-drawn vehicles, automobiles and a trolley car are in the distance. Men and women are on the sidewalks. Inscribed on back: Htfd. Ave, / East Htfd. / Oct. 08."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The Bulkeley Bridge opened to trolley traffic on December 8, 1907 and to the general public on December 21, 1907. The dedication of the bridge was the occasion of a three-day celebration on October 6, 7, and 8, 1908.
