Description	Brick building in Greek revival style has front gable and Doric pilasters. Wooden steps lead to double doors of entry. Signs read: "Good Will Club" and "Keney Hall." Addition on the right has a porch with half-timbering. Ivy and other vines grow on walls. Shrubs grow in the grassy lawn. An iron fence and gate are in the foreground. Board fences are at left and right. Brick buildings on left and right may be multiple-family dwellings. They have louvered shutters, balconies, striped awnings and a fire escape. Inscribed beneath image: "Hartford Female Seminary / afterward used by Good Will Club / Pratt Street" "#40, later #98."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The Hartford Female Seminary was located at 15 Pratt Street. In the 1910s, the Goodwill Club and Keney Hall were located at 25 Keney Tower Square.
