Description	Three-story brick industrial building. Front and sides of central tower have collapsed, exposing interior walls. A large pile of rubble is at the foot of the tower. A crowd of onlookers, chiefly men, has gathered. Automobiles and a steam engine are in the street. Utility poles and wires extend in front of the building. Inscribed on back: "When the Fuller Brush Co. moved into / this building in Feb. 1923 the tower / was not finished. On Saturday, Mar. 31 1923 at 11:35 A.M. the tower fell down after the water tank had been filled. 11 people were killed, all construction workers... Mr. Fuller had been in the tower under the tank 10 minutes before it collapsed."
