Description	A crowd of men, women and children stand behind a rope watching other men operate a large pump at the right. A fire engine is parked nearby. One man is in uniform. Water pours from a large pipe into the street. Sandbags and a fire hose are in the street. Automobiles are in a parking lot at the left. A hanging sign on an electric light pole reads: "Parking / 3 Hours 15 cts. / 20 cts. / all day." A sign on the brick commercial building at the left reads: "G. Fox & Co. / Talcott Street Entrance." An arrow points to the door. A clock is on a pedestrian overpass between two buildings. A sign on a building on Main Street in the background reads: "[H]armin's / The Children's Store."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. G. Fox & Co. was a department store located at 960-980 Main Street.
