Description	Men women and a boy stand in a semicircle around pigeons. Some men hold pocket watches. A man in the center holds a cigar. The woman beside the boy with the straw boater hat holds an umbrella. The pigeons are near a wicker basket with an inscription that appears to read: "PIPER REIDSIECK." Inscribed beneath image: "The American's homing pigeons ready to fly. / Camp Bulkeley, Niantic, Aug 23 '89, Governor's Day." Inscribed on back: "Saturday."
Notes	The American may be the Waterbury American, or another newspaper with a similar name.
