Description	Boys in caps and knickers stand at the top of a dirt bank. Barrels and a wooden rotary clothesline are nearby. Blocks of stone and boards are on the bank. The Park River flows below. Brick, frame and stone buildings, probably multiple family residences, are in the background. One building has an exterior staircase. Most have louvered shutters. A picket fence is at the right. Inscribed on back: "Washout on Park River bank / at Broad Street about [crossed out] April / 15, 09." "just north of Bridge."
